Overview
ZR Digital Expert LLC, a U.S.-registered company, operates as a wholly owned subsidiary of ZR Digital Expert Ltd., a multinational IT services company headquartered in London, United Kingdom. All services provided by ZR Digital Expert LLC are delivered under the same standards, policies, and operational framework established by our parent company.
Our mission is to provide maximum value for every dollar our clients invest in our services. To maintain high-quality delivery and operational efficiency, we require timely payment for all projects and services rendered.
We understand that unexpected circumstances may arise and you may request a refund. While we aim to resolve matters fairly and amicably, any approved refund will result in all intellectual property created for the project (including graphics, written content, source code, and other deliverables) remaining the sole property of ZR Digital Expert Ltd. and/or ZR Digital Expert LLC.
Final payment requests are only made after the client approves completed deliverables. All final payments are due within five (5) business days of receiving the invoice.
By using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Agreement.
General Refund Policy
This Non-Refund Policy (“Policy”) governs all transactions with ZR Digital Expert LLC (“Company”), whether services are delivered directly by ZR Digital Expert LLC or its parent company, ZR Digital Expert Ltd. By engaging with our services, you agree to the following terms:
1. Graphic Design Services (Non-Refundable)

Logo Design – Includes creation, revisions, and source file delivery.

Business Card Design – Includes concepts and revisions.

Flyer Design – Includes concepts, revisions, and file delivery.

Poster Design – Includes concepts, revisions, and file delivery.

Custom Illustrations & Graphics – Includes vector artwork and other custom designs.
2. Web Design & Development (Non-Refundable)
Due to the resource-intensive nature of these services, all deposits and payments are non-refundable once work has commenced. This includes:

Custom design projects (branding, full website designs, page mockups, individual components).

Custom development projects (PHP programming, WordPress customization, plugin development, etc.).
If a project is cancelled, delayed, or postponed by the Client, all payments made will be retained. Additional costs may apply for work completed beyond the amount paid.
3. Website Maintenance (Non-Refundable)

All content (text/images) must be provided by the client in digital format.

Unused monthly hours do not roll over.

All monthly/annual maintenance fees are non-refundable.
4. Web Hosting (Non-Refundable)

All hosting fees (past or current) are non-refundable.

Hosting renews automatically unless cancelled in writing.

Accounts overdue by more than 14 days may be suspended or terminated.

Website transfers are not included unless agreed otherwise (fees may apply).
5. SEO & Internet Marketing (Non-Refundable)

We do not control search engine policies or rankings.

Payments for SEO and marketing services are non-refundable.

Setup fees for campaigns are non-refundable.
6. Domain Names (Final Sale)

All domain purchases are final.

Payment in full is required before transfer.
7. Chargebacks (Prohibited)

Filing a chargeback for a valid charge is fraud.

Any chargeback will result in immediate service suspension.

A $50 fee plus all outstanding balances must be cleared before service is restored.
8. Refund Processing

Credit Card Payments: Approved refunds will be processed within 30 business days to the original payment method.

Check/Money Order Payments: Refunds will be issued via check.
