Once you’ve made your deposit or paid in full, we’ll add you to our client portal within 30 minutes. There, you can easily track your project’s progress, deadlines, and stay in direct contact with our team.

We accept various payments methods.Such as PayPal,Stripe, any debit or credit cards or various other local payment methods as well.

• Logo Files: Provide your logo in high-resolution formats to ensure it looks sharp on your menus.

• Business Information: Share key details about your business, including your industry and any specific services or products you offer. This will help us tailor the menu to your brand’s identity.

• Menu Items: Send us the complete list of your menu items, including descriptions, prices, and any special notes (e.g., gluten-free, vegetarian, etc.). For digital menus, you can share this through a Google Drive link.

• Preferred Style: Let us know if you have any specific design preferences or styles, such as elegant, modern, rustic, or minimalistic. Feel free to share examples if you have any.

• Color Scheme: Tell us the primary and secondary colors you’d like us to use. Typically, 2-3 colors work best for a cohesive look.

• Competitor Menus: Share links or photos of two menu designs from competitors or other businesses that you like.

• Special Photos (Optional): If you want to include images of dishes, drinks, or staff, please provide high-quality images. If not, we can use stock images that suit your menu’s theme.

After your deposit, you’ll receive an email with instructions on submitting your details. You have two options:

1. Upload your details directly via our submission page. We’ll send you a link to complete the process.
2. Alternatively, you can email all the necessary information to us at details@zrdigitalexpert.com.
